"The plot is characterized by its elongated shape, from an urban perspective suitable for development with terraced houses. A residential street connecting K Úvozu Street with Dobrovická Street was designed at the northern edge of the plot, thus offering the individual houses an optimal southern orientation. The architecture of the buildings tries to disrupt the uniformity of the compact development.
The second floor is intentionally cantilevered above the ground floor plan to create a covered courtyard in the street parterre, and to create a naturally covered terrace in the private part of the garden. The upper floor does not fill the entire width of the plot, which makes the mass structure of the building more spread out and lightens the overall character.
